About Sarah Morris.

Owner & Managing Attorney

Sarah is a Legacy and Estate Planning Attorney, specializing in wills, trusts, and philanthropy. She graduated from University of Colorado with a law degree concentrated in estate planning, federal gift and estate tax, and tax-exempt entities and has worked with individuals, families, and entities for over a decade. In addition to Sarah’s legal practice, she has implemented fundraising and outreach campaigns for a variety of organizations and facilitated nonprofit entity formation, governance, and planned giving. Drawing from her expertise in charitable work, Sarah brings a unique perspective to her work, crafting roadmaps to protect the people and values we hold dear.

Philosophy

Sarah’s goal is to design an experience for her clients that is truly approachable and unique. She is passionate about enabling individuals to express love through action, using estate planning, philanthropy, and other resources. Collaborating with her clients to proactively navigate life’s transitions, challenging family dynamics, and daunting conversation around death, Sarah is fueled by a deep appreciation of family and community, in all shapes and forms, and the legacies we leave behind. She believes in transparent billing and offers flat-fees and unbundled services to meet urgent needs and keep costs low. She is flexible and accessible, adapting quickly to utilize technology as the world evolves. Her primary goal is to support and accommodate her clients’ busy, ever-changing lives.

Community

Sarah was born and raised in Colorado and enjoys embracing all that this beautiful state has to offer. She lives in Park Hill with her wife, their two daughters, and labradoodle, and finds joy in carving fresh powder, experiencing live music, and especially travel and culinary adventures. Sarah is a mother, a wife, a daughter, sister, and granddaughter. Family means the world to her, so she understands the last thing anyone wants to think about is possible harm or facing unexpected difficulties. Sarah is reassured knowing that her family has a plan and feels fortunate to advise her clients about protecting their loved ones too.
